What it is not

• Not a mail client. There is no inbox to read in a browser. Messages are records your agent queries.
• Not a support desk, CRM, or ERP. Buckets, captures and tasks are primitives; the workflow around them is yours.
• Not an invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payments product. The platform publishes no invoice or payment schemas, examples, or documentation. Customers may configure anything for their own use.
• Not a human-first web app. The only human page is an operator view. Everything a person could do is an API call the agent can also make.
• Not an outbound mail service. Sending is limited to approval requests, digests and notifications, for verified accounts.
• Not an AI service. No model reads your mail here. Your agent does, over MCP, if you point it at us.
