# What it is not

- **Not a mail client.** There is no inbox to read in a browser. Messages are records your agent queries.
- **Not a support desk, CRM, or ERP.** Buckets, captures and tasks are primitives; the workflow around them is yours.
- **Not an invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payments product.** The platform publishes no invoice or payment schemas, examples, or documentation. Customers may configure anything for their own use.
- **Not a human-first web app.** The only human page is an operator view. Everything a person could do is an API call the agent can also make.
- **Not an outbound mail service.** Sending is limited to approval requests, digests and notifications, for verified accounts.
- **Not an AI service.** No model reads your mail here. Your agent does, over MCP, if you point it at us.
